Minstens even mooi en belangrijk vind ik zijn opmerkingen over het BNP, over het meten van welvaart.

Kortom: als we kijken hoe het gaat met ons land meten we precies niet de dingen die ons leven mooier maken, die bepalen hoe het écht gaat, met ons.

Laten we onze moed en compassie meten, hoe leuk onze kinderen spelen en hoe bijzonder onze relaties zijn.
