So nice to have a poet write from the heart and mind combined in an extremely funny and poignant way!Divided into chapters like: The Maven, the Maiden, the Queen, the Warrior you know your are in for a rollercoaster of reflecting onto the stupidity of men, misogyny, womanhood, Dolly Parton, Kristallnacht and much much more. Her poems, in writing and style, transcends ‘feminist-writing’ or ‘death to the patriachy’, her views, whit / humor are more an example of female power then anything else.

Yes, LJ Sysko will pull you in, and she will hold you there. And you wouldn’t like to be anywhere else.
